“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become” (Carl Jung).
In this ever changing, volatile, uncertain but exciting world we live in, life doesn’t get easier or more forgiving, it is up to us to become stronger and more resilient.
This workshop addresses the age old question ‘Are people born resilient or can resilience be built?’
We all know that resilience is the ability to cope with unexpected changes and challenges, but this workshop focusses on the 3 step process of building and practising resilience, which helps us to maintain good health and transition through the many stages of life, and helps our organisations to become more agile, adaptable and resourceful when managing change.
We focus on identifying and negotiating with our available resources, developing our personal competencies, facing adversity and effecting change.
Like all of Rabia’s workshops, there is a half day and full day version of this programme, which can be run in a public forum or targeted for a specific organisation, profession or industry. The ability to deliver this workshop remotely via live link up or Skype is also available.
Please email Rabia for further information or to make a booking.
